Terms and Conditions

  • Pictures are for reference only.


  • Order cannot be cancelled or changed once received. No payment will be refunded


  • Ground floor refers to the parking location of housing estate or building.


  • Delivery service is not available in remote areas, e.g. Lok Ma Chau, Outlying Islands, Lantau Island, Park Island and Discovery Bay, etc. For delivery to other remote areas, please contact us for enquiries.


  • Delivery service is available from 11:00 – 21:30, from after 21:30 to before 11:00 will be extra charged. Please contact us for further enquiry.


  • Please ensure customer must pick up the food at the delivery location within half an hour before and after the departure time specified in the confirmation order. Otherwise will charge an additional waiting fee depending on the situation, or have return the food to the restaurant. And will not make any rescheduling, re-production of the food or refund.


  • In case of black rainstorm or typhoon No.8 or above, order will automatically be postponed. We will contact you to make a new order arrangement. There is no refund for the food ordered. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.


  • Provided cutlery set by person, extra set will be charged of cost. A set of disposable cutlery for every $100 à la carte.


  • Only one set of promotional code can be used for each order, but it can be used in conjunction with the free delivery.


  • In case of missing or wrong food, please notify us on the same day so that we can arrange replacement or refund. If you fail to notify on the same day, no compensation will be made. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.


  • Ohlala Catering reserves the rights to make the final decision under all circumstances.
